Lee oversees the internal functions that keep Keystone running — including finance, HR, compliance and surveying. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, strategic approach, he ensures every part of the business is supported and aligned, so the wider team can deliver to the highest standards.

Jody leads our Projects team, overseeing the delivery of passive fire safety installs across housing, public and commercial sites. Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach, she supports our project managers and ensures every job runs safely, smoothly and to the high standards Keystone is known for.

Simon brings deep technical knowledge to Keystone’s day-to-day operations, helping deliver fire safety services that are safe, compliant and on schedule. He supports teams across multiple sites and keeps everything aligned with the latest legislation and standards.
